About Us

The mission of the BoIA team is to make the Internet accessible for everyone. Our 17 years of experience and implementation of thousands of clients gives our team of 150 accessibility professionals the confidence to succeed in our mission.

Mobile and web accessibility compliance is a requirement, but trying to understand the WCAG 2.0 Guidelines and how they relate to ADA, ACAA, OCR, AODA, Section 508, and other compliance requirements can be confusing. The Bureau of Internet Accessibility (BoIA) has been helping eliminate the accessibility digital divide since 2001. BoIA's reports, tools, and services have assisted organizations to assess, diagnose and help rectify digital accessibility issues, providing ongoing monitoring and progress reports ensuring compliance over time. BoIA has the experience and expertise to ensure that web and mobile accessibility efforts are meaningful and successful.

A11Y® Testing Platform

For clients who prefer a more self-service approach, BoIA offers administrative access to our A11Y® Testing Platform.

Save time and reduce your team’s frustration with instant identification of your website accessibility issues per each WCAG 2.0 standard. BoIA constantly monitors your website for accessibility issues. The issues are identified and prioritized by compliance risk factor and reported to your website’s administrator, allowing your team to address the high risk concerns first. Each issue can be seen with the specific line of code identified, accompanied by suggested remediation and displayed examples.
